1. Vacating Notice

• Residents must provide at least 1 month’s written notice at the office before vacating the PG.

   

• This is mandatory under all circumstances.

   

2. Rent Payment

• Rent should be paid on or before the 7th of every calendar month.

   

• Delay charges: ₹500 per day for late payments.

   

3. Visitors & Guests

• Visitors and outsiders are strictly not allowed inside the PG.

   

• Guest accommodation (without food): ₹700 per day.

   

4. Safety of Belongings

• Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

   

• Residents are requested to take care of their valuables.

   

5. Maintenance

• A maintenance charge of ₹1000 will be applicable at the time of vacating.

   

6. Room & Property Care

• Any damage to the room or property must be reported immediately.

   

• Repair costs and penalties will be charged based on the extent of damage.

   

• Loss of room keys or wardrobe keys will incur additional charges.

   

• Before leaving the room, ensure lights, fans, and geysers are switched off.

   

7. Noise & Conduct

• Loud music and loud noise are not allowed inside the premises.

   

• Do not blow horns unnecessarily in the street.

   

• Liquor and smoking are strictly prohibited.

   

8. Vehicle & Road Safety

• As this is a residential area, please drive below 40 km/h inside the street.

   

• Rash driving is strictly prohibited.

   

9. Celebrations & Events

• Celebrations or parties inside the premises are not allowed.

   

10. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal

• Dispose garbage and waste only in the designated dustbin area.

   

• Do not throw waste outside the building.

   

11. Terrace Access

• Terrace is not accessible to residents at any time.

If any rule is violated, the management reserves the right to evict the resident immediately without notice.
